HOW DO I BUY A SHUSH LIFE COURSE?
You need to create an account to buy. Simply add your details to the login page. Once you pay, you will have instant access to the course, so you can start the course immediately if you want to. But it’s always available, so you can learn at your own pace and return to view whenever, and however often, works best for you.
When you buy a course, you will receive a ‘You’re Enrolled’ notification email which verifies your order has been successful and which contains a link to the course, along with a link to the relevant homework kits, in case you’re interested in checking them out – please check your spam if you haven’t received this.
HOW CAN I PAY?
We accept most major credit/debit card payments online.
Whether you’re paying for a course on Shush Life or a homework package through Sh! (see below), rest assured that we use only the most secure and trusted online payment systems to take your payment. During checkout, you’ll be asked to choose whether to pay by Secure Credit Card or PayPal.
If you pay by credit card you will be asked to enter your card details. You will notice the all-important locked padlock icon in the address bar which indicates that every page in our checkout process is secure. Your payment is then taken by OPAYO (formerly Sagepay). We never even see your financial information, let alone store it.
If you choose to pay by PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal site to pay. Once you have paid, you must return to the site to finalise your order, otherwise, you will have paid but we will have no record of your final order.
IS IT SAFE?
We use only the most secure payment methods trusted by millions of internet shoppers worldwide.
HOW DO I WATCH THE COURSE?
You can watch on your phone, tablet, laptop, desktop, or smart tv. For streaming our courses you’ll need:
- A high-speed internet connection – Make sure your connection is fast enough to stream video files. Most home brand is!
- A modern web browser – you can check if you are using a recent browser version here. We recommend using the most recent version of Firefox or Chrome.
It’s unlikely, but if you experience a problem, here’s what to check first;
- Some countries or internet providers block VIMEO (our video host) If you experience this, use a VPN like Private Internet Access.
- Try clearing your browser cookies. Here’s how to do this.
CAN I DOWNLOAD COURSES?
No – our courses are only accessible through your account at Shush Life.
I WAS PREVIOUSLY ABLE TO ACCESS MY COURSE – BUT NOW I CAN’T. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Here’s what to do if you’re unable to access your course.
- Log out of your account.
- Log back in.
- Click on My Account tab in the top right corner
- Click on the Download tab
- Click the Browse Courses button
- Here you’ll see if you’re enrolled
Still unable to see your course? Please check your bank account to ensure your payment has been taken. If it has, and you still can’t access your course, please contact us. We’ll sort this out for you.
I PAID WITH PAYPAL BUT WHEN I LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT, IT SAYS “PENDING PAYMENT” WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

I PAID FOR A COURSE BUT DIDN’T GET AN ENROLMENT EMAIL. HOW DO I ACCESS MY COURSE?
You’ll receive an enrolment email after purchasing a course. There’s a link saying take this course in the email. Click on the link, and voila – you’re in!
If you don’t seem to have received an enrolment email:
- Please check your spam folder
- Please check that you typed in the letters of your sign-up email correctly
ARE THE COURSES LIVE OR PRE-RECORDED OR ONE-ON-ONE?
The courses are pre-recorded. Once purchased, it’s yours to keep, and you can watch it from the privacy of your home. Enjoy!
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO FINISH THE COURSE?
The courses are for life, and you can take them at your own pace.
CAN I DOWNLOAD HOMEWORK?
Yes, you can – in fact, we encourage it! 😉
HOW OFTEN IS HOMEWORK?
Courses are made up of multiple short sessions and after each session, you’re encouraged to do some homework.
IS HOMEWORK MANDATORY?
Nope! You won’t get detention or marked-down for not doing your homework. Nor do you need to tick anything off before your progress to the next session.
Homework is fun exercises for you to do in your own time, and at your own pace, so you can practice the skills or themes we’ve covered within the session.
DO I NEED A PARTNER TO DO YOUR MIND-BLOWING BJ’S COURSE?
Nope! We understand that even if you don’t currently have a partner to ‘practice’ on, you probably want to get down with the skills covered in the BJ course, so you can be ready to wow your next beau. As we tell you in the course – you can practice all the tips, tricks and techniques on a cucumber, banana or d*ldo if you like!
QUESTIONS ABOUT HOMEWORK KITS
DO I NEED TO BUY A HOMEWORK KIT?
That depends on what’s already in your toy box!
Some courses do require specific toys for homework, and most will require lube (because it’s the best, most sensual and empowering product ever) but other courses don’t, allowing you to complete the course with toys and products you already own.
We’ve created homework kits for each course at 3 different price points, each with amazing discounts. So whatever your budget, you’ll get a bargain whilst getting the most out of your class.
You can check which products are featured in each courses’ homework by taking a look at the Course Teaser doc. (found in the ‘Materials’ tab above the course introduction video) From this, you’ll be able to see if you already have products that will work for your homework or decide if you would be better off with a kit.
HOW DISCREET ARE YOUR PACKAGES?
Homework Kits are sent in totally secure and discreet packages – no one will know what’s in there!
HOW DO I KNOW YOU’VE RECEIVED MY ORDER OK?
We keep you posted each step of the way, but please check your junk mail because unfortunately, our emails do sometimes end up in there…
- As soon as you place an order with Sh! you will receive an Order Confirmation email saying we have received your order safely
- Next, we’ll send you an ‘Order Processing‘ email that your goodies are getting picked and packed. Orders made over the weekend are processed the following Monday, but otherwise, it will be within 24 hours of receiving your order – often much sooner. If something is out of stock, we will email you with an expected delivery date.
- Once we have packed and dispatched, we will send you an ‘Order Completed’ email letting you know your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number.
98% of our parcels go out within the timescale below, but if, in the unlikely event, we can’t dispatch on time or if we have a query with your order or details, we won’t keep you hanging on or in the dark… We’ll call you discreetly or send you an email straight away alerting you to the situation and giving an ETA of when you may expect delivery.
HOW SPEEDY IS YOUR SERVICE?
- Order before 3pm Monday-Friday and we’ll process, pack, and dispatch your order the same day.
- Orders made after 3pm are dispatched the following working day.
- Orders made over the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday (unless it’s a Bank Holiday, in which case it will be the following Tuesday).

CAN I RETURN A HOMEWORK KIT?
Only if it’s not used, obvs!
Kits are specially priced, so you can’t return individual items within them for a refund.
Should an item within a kit not work/be defective we will send out a replacement, no problem!

WHAT DO I DO IF SOMETHING IN MY KIT DOESN’T WORK?
The best thing is to contact us immediately so we can start putting things right straight away
If you believe something isn’t working properly, use our chat box or phone us on 03333 444 005 as soon as you can.
Sometimes vibrators appear not to work, but it can be as simple as placing the batteries in a special way or operating the switches in a particular sequence.
We try to give all this info on the individual product pages, but if you are having problems, don’t hesitate to contact us.
If you prefer not to speak on the phone, CONTACT US BY EMAIL OR SOCIAL DM’S with the problem and we offer advice/instructions that way.
If your toy turns out to defective on receipt or has been damaged in the post, then it is no problem to return it for a speedy replacement.
CAN I CANCEL MY KIT?
It’s no problem if you change your mind and want to cancel your homework kit.
Try to contact us asap so we can put a stop to your order if it hasn’t yet been dispatched.
Best to use our chatbox or call us on 03333 444 005 as soon as you can. Please quote your customer number & the order no, if you have it.
If we haven’t already sent your kit, we will act immediately on your instructions. If you wish to cancel part of your order, we will issue a refund for the item and dispatch the rest.
If you cancel in time, we’ll refund in total including P&P.
If, however, your kit has already been dispatched we’ll have to wait for it to be returned until we can issue a refund. Orders dispatched by special delivery will be returned to us (and so cost you nothing) after 3-4 weeks if you refuse to sign for it/fail to pick it up from the GPO collection office.
P&P is non-refundable on dispatched orders that have already been delivered.
